HealthKit

We use HealthKit for physiotherapy practice management which includes functionality for storing clinical notes, booking appointments online, appointment reminders and payment processing. Any credit card details you provide us to pay for goods and services in our clinic are stored on their secure servers and are subject to their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use which can be viewed at the link below.

Snapforms

We use Snapforms to provide secure form and file upload functionality for our website, specifically the Patient Intake Form which is used to gather clinical and administrative data prior to appointments to enhance our service. Snapforms is an Australian company with secure servers in Australia. Data entered in our Patient Intake Form is sent from your device to their servers over an encrypted connection where the data is stored until we have chance to login to and download it over a secure connection in preparation for your appointment. Once the data has been downloaded and attached to your clinical record we delete the entry on Snapform’s server.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our Service.
